Solution:
When a slave driver is disconnected from the master driver, it will by default, save the last value of each tag, and then report these values via General Interrogation when connecting to the master driver.
By enabling the Event buffering while not connected property, the slave driver will continue to save the last value of each tag, but it will also save the events corresponding to these values. Then, when connecting to the master driver, the events are sent via non-requested messages.
