No*, you can’t. What can be done in this situation is to link the Historic to a pre-existing data table, and then import the table columns to the Historic fields.
**From version 5.0 of Elipse E3, the E3 Studio import and export tool allows you to export a file of the type. CSV, to import the fields from a history.
