Question:
Why is the message Query: ‘Query1’ is not valid. :16 being displayed on an E3Chart’s legend Status column?
Solution:
This can happen when the pen requires a Query (that is, it is either a historic or mixed pen), and the informed query cannot be used.
Two of the most common reasons for this error are: a) the Query’s name was not set properly, or b) the Query was removed.
To fix this, we suggest checking E3Chart‘s settings for the Query’s name or actual existence.
