Solution:
The network settings’ minimum requirements for proper Elipse E3 supervisory’s operation are:
- 128 kb of bandwidth dedicated exclusively to the supervisory.
- Ping between Viewer/WebViewer and E3 Server of no more than 20 milliseconds.
NOTE: It is possible for the Viewer/WebViewer to work properly with less bandwidth or longer ping; however, it is very difficult to establish them precisely due to each application’s specificities.
