Can I set up a report so that data from Detail section are printed side by side, similarly to the figure below?
Solution:
Yes. There is a property from Detail section called ColumnCount that sets up how many columns will be repeated in the section. So, to reproduce the figure above, you will only need to create two data fields: one for Date/Time column, and another one for Value. Then, set up ColumnCount property as 3.
If the header is set up in PageHeader section, the texts will need to be duplicated, because that section has no ColumnCount property.
For better displaying your columns, set up ColumnSpacing property and the page’s width.
