Question:
Why do the read tags’ timestamps present an offset in the hour field, while minutes and seconds are correct?
Solution:
This happens because the timestamps adopted by IEC 61850 always refer to the UTC (Universal Time Coordinate) standard, that is why they hardly ever correspond to the local time of where the driver is running.
The driver can correct this offset automatically. To do so, check the option Apply Local Time Offset to Timestamps at the driver settings at IEC61850 General tab.
