KB-35821: Displaying E3Server’s and E3Viewer’s versions on screen.

Question:

Can E3Viewer‘s and E3Server‘s versions be displayed on a screen in the application?

Solution:

Yes. To do so, just use VBScript’s GetFileVersion() method to read the versions of  E3Server.exe and E3Viewer.exe files, which can be found at  \Bin folder where E3 is installed.
