Do I need a hardkey for each computer where the application is being viewed?
Solution:
No. To view your application in other computers, you only need a hardkey in the computer that is executing the application (running the E3Server), with a Viewer license. The number of Viewer licenses is the number of possible visualizations, regardless of the computer where the application is being viewed. There are two types of Viewer licenses:
- Viewer Control: allows the Viewer to view and edit the E3 Server’s properties and methods (internal tags, I/O tags, etc.).
- Viewer Only: allows only to view the server’s properties and methods.
