Solution:
To do so, use the ASCII driver.
However, it will be necessary to implement the protocol at PIC. It is not enough to just configure ASCII driver at E3/SCADA, for example: PIC microcontroller must also have this protocol to interpret and write in its registers. That is, both sides must “understand” the protocol to communicate successfully.
