Question:
Whenever I access a web application after the files in temp folder have been deleted, the WebViewer is downloaded again, even though it had been previously installed. Why does this happen?
Solution:
This happens because the WebViewer‘s installation file must necessarily be in temp folder. After checking for it, if the file is not there, or if it has been renamed, the WebViewer will once again be downloaded.
