Question:
Why do some E3Chart’s real-time pens disappear after a certain time?
Solution:
This happens because BufferSize property sets a certain number of pens points to be saved in the memory (its default value is 1000). Thus, when the limit has been reached, the oldest pens points are discarded so that the newest ones can be plotted.
To work around this, we suggest increasing this value in the pen’s properties, on Data tab, Number of samples kept in memory option.
