Question:
Why can’t I open more than one Viewer at the same time in the machine where the E3Server is running, even though I have a hardkey with license to multiple Viewers installed?
Solution:
The number of permitted licenses is set up at the Domain Configuration, at Limit simultaneous license use. Since the default for local Viewers is one (1), only one Viewer was open in the machine running the E3Server. To edit this option, right-click the E3Admin and access the Viewers Groups tab.
