KB-17343: Keeping splitters from being resized at run time.

Question:

How can I set up a frame so that the size of its splitters can never be edited at run time?

Solution:

Via E3Studio, reset the SplitResizable property of all splitters in this frame as FALSE.

NOTE: the demo application below was developed with Elipse E3 version 3.1 build 270.
