Question:

How does SCADA calculate the PerformanceCount attribute’s value?

Solution:

The calculation is performed every second, and it counts the time that the application takes to answer. The worst the application’s performance, the lower is the attribute’s value. If the computer is slow, the application also has its performance decreased and the attribute’s value becomes lower.

You must use the PerformanceCount‘s value to have a relative idea about the application’s performance, because it does not have numeric meaning.
