ISAM Connection
ISAM is not supported by Windows x64, only x86, and as long as ISAM connection drivers are installed. To do so, there is a pack called Kit DAO, available for download at Elipse’s website.
ODBC Connection
For ODBC support, you must set up the 32-bit (x86) data sources apart from the x64 ones. You must also take into consideration that the ODBC drivers are specific to their respective platform (if Excel 2013 x64 is installed, for example, only new, x64 ODBC drivers will be available).
Elipse SCADA is a 32-bit program, and therefore can only access data sources from 32-bit ODBC drivers. To set up 32-bit data sources (which work in Elipse SCADA), you must run the following program: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe
NOTE: to set up 64-bit data sources, you must execute the other program in System32 folder: C:\Windows\System32\odbcad32.exe
