For E3 versions 3.2 or higher, you can use a feature called Instant Chart, which was implemented in E3Playback to display a tag’s value directly on the Timeline. This feature will allow you to track a tag value’s variation in a fast, practical way.
To use it, just download the attached demo application and open Playback’s window. Then, insert pens in the chart by right-clicking the tags, and select the option Show chart on Timeline.
