OVERVIEW
When closing a domain or deactivating the alarm server, up to 99 alarm messages that had not been recorded yet may be lost.
HOW CAN I REPRODUCE THIS PROBLEM?
Activate some alarms in a script; right after, stop both the Alarm Server and the application.
