Solution:
This probably happens because the screen opens with its default settings. To adjust the screen’s size to the splitter in E3Studio, you must right-click the screen, select the Fit to Splitter… option, select the Frame’s central splitter (for example, Frame1.Splitter1.Inferior.Central), and click the OK button.
