KB-33367: Tags’ values not being updated.

Some of the driver’s tags have not had their values updated. How can I fix it?

Solution:

To fix this, you must check whether:

1. the device’s model is SEL’s 787 (Schweitzer). This model is usually slower than others from the same vendor.
2. the database’s size has not become too large.
3. there are too many variables configured at reports buffered, especially if they are analog variables with a high rate of change. This may cause reports to have an excessive amount of data, which in turn will cause the driver to have a slow rate of transfer.
