KB-16071: Using a webcam with E3.

Question:

How can I use a webcam with E3?

Solution:

There are two possible solutions for this:

1. you can use an ActiveX as an interface between E3 and the webcam (register the ActiveX and then insert it onto the screen); or
2. you can configure a Frame’s SplitLink property with the webcam’s IP address.
