{"id":3668,"date":"2019-03-25T17:45:24","date_gmt":"2019-03-25T20:45:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/xexeu.elipse.com.br\/pt\/comunicando-o-arduino-com-elipse-e3-eou-elipse-scada\/"},"modified":"2024-03-28T14:57:19","modified_gmt":"2024-03-28T17:57:19","slug":"comunicando-o-arduino-com-elipse-e3-eou-elipse-scada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kb.elipse.com.br\/en\/comunicando-o-arduino-com-elipse-e3-eou-elipse-scada\/","title":{"rendered":"Comunicando o Arduino com Elipse E3 e\/ou Elipse SCADA."},"content":{"rendered":"<div align=\"justify\">\n<p>Para a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o do Arduino com o software Elipse E3 ou Elipse SCADA, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que o hardware tenha caracter\u00edsticas de um PLC ou RTU, ou seja, ele precisa ter um protocolo de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o programado a fim de transmitir as informa\u00e7\u00f5es adquiridas pelos dispositivos de campo (sensores, rel\u00e9s, etc.) ao sistema supervis\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n<p>Um dos protocolos de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o mais conhecido e utilizado \u00e9 o Modicon Modbus, que ser\u00e1 utilizado como exemplo no artigo.<\/p>\n<p><b>1) Configurando o Arduino IDE<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Baixe o software Arduino IDE, dispon\u00edvel no <a href=\"http:\/\/www.arduino.cc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">site oficial<\/a>, aba <b>Download<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Configure o IDE para que ele trabalhe com a placa (board) e a porta (port) espec\u00edficas do seu equipamento. No exemplo, temos um Arduino UNO Rev3 comunicando via COM3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/kb.elipse.com.br\/pt-br\/images\/ID5369\/Figura1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"194\" align=\"Baseline\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"0\" vspace=\"0\" \/><br \/>\n<b>Figura 1<\/b>: Escolhendo a placa e a porta no IDE.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><b>2) Configurando o protocolo Modbus Slave no Arduino<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s as configura\u00e7\u00f5es f\u00edsicas, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio configurar o hardware como uma unidade escrava para a rede Modbus. Para tal, \u00e9 preciso uma biblioteca com as configura\u00e7\u00f5es do protocolo.<\/p>\n<p>Dentre as v\u00e1rias bibliotecas Modbus Slave dispon\u00edveis na internet, utilizaremos neste artigo a <b>arduino-modbus-slave<\/b>, que pode ser encontrada <a href=\"https:\/\/code.google.com\/archive\/p\/arduino-modbus-slave\/downloads\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">neste site<\/a> (ou no arquivo em anexo dentro da pasta <b>Arduino > ModbusSlave.zip<\/b>).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Importe a biblioteca ModbusSlave para a IDE Arduino atrav\u00e9s do menu <b>Sketch > Include Library > Add .ZIP Library&#8230;<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/kb.elipse.com.br\/pt-br\/images\/ID5369\/Figura2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"475\" height=\"274\" align=\"Baseline\" border=\"0\" \/><br \/>\nFigura 2: Inserindo uma biblioteca na IDE. <\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Ap\u00f3s a importa\u00e7\u00e3o, abra o arquivo <b>ModbusSlave_0.ino<\/b> tamb\u00e9m em anexo. Este arquivo foi inspirado no c\u00f3digo utilizado <a href=\"http:\/\/forum.arduino.cc\/index.php?topic=150181.0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">neste forum<\/a>, podendo ser modificado conforme a necessidade.<\/li>\n<li>Verifique o <i>ID Slave<\/i> (regBank.setId(1)) e a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e parametriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos pinos. <b>NOTA<\/b>: mantenha o <i>BaudRate <\/i>em 9600bps<\/li>\n<li>Com as modifica\u00e7\u00f5es devidamente realizadas, compile o c\u00f3digo e, caso tudo esteja correto, fa\u00e7a o upload para o Arduino.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>3) Configurando o driver Modicon Modbus Master (ASC\/RTU\/TCP)<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s o Arduino ter sido configurado como um escravo da rede,\u00a0 \u00e9 preciso ent\u00e3o configurar o driver mestre para a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Baixe o driver Modicon Modbus Master (ASC\/RTU\/TCP) no <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elipse.com.br\/port\/download_drivers.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">site da Elipse Software<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Adicione o driver \u00e0 aplica\u00e7\u00e3o (E3 ou Elipse SCADA), acesse suas configura\u00e7\u00f5es (IOKit) na aba <b>Modbus <\/b>e parametrize-as:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/kb.elipse.com.br\/pt-br\/images\/ID5369\/Figura3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"376\" align=\"Baseline\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"0\" vspace=\"0\" \/><br \/>\n<b>Figura 3<\/b>: Configura\u00e7\u00e3o do protocolo Modbus.<\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Na aba <b>Setup<\/b>, configure a propriedade <i>PhysicalLayer <\/i>como <b>Serial<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Configure a aba <b>Serial <\/b>conforme abaixo. <b>NOTA<\/b>: se a porta COM1 tiver sido utilizada na configura\u00e7\u00e3o do Gerenciador de Dispositivos do Windows e na IDE, o driver deve ser configurado da mesma forma.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/kb.elipse.com.br\/pt-br\/images\/ID5369\/Figura4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"376\" align=\"Baseline\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"0\" vspace=\"0\" \/><br \/>\n<b>Figura 4<\/b>: Configura\u00e7\u00e3o da aba <b>Serial<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Por \u00faltimo, configure as <b>Operations<\/b>.
