If it&#8217;s unchecked, follow these procedures, according to the product being used.<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Elipse E3 \/ Elipse Power<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Data are recorded according to the computer&#8217;s time (natively, because it&#8217;s possible to allocate a tag to report data when using a Historic).<\/p>\n<p>At the beginning of DST, stored data are advanced in one hour (from 23:59:59 to 01:00:01).<\/p>\n<p>At the end of DST, when time is adjusted one hour backward, one of the following situations will take place:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the Historic&#8217;s <i>E3TimeStamp <\/i>field is a primary key, the system won&#8217;t record data with the same <i>E3TimeStamp <\/i>as a previous record.<\/li>\n<li>If the Historic&#8217;s <i>E3TimeStamp <\/i>field is not a primary key, a few records may have the same date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u><b>Elipse Plant Manager (EPM)<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<p>This system won&#8217;t present any issues at the beginning or at the end of DST, because it uses UTC time (however, queries to E3 or in EPM&#8217;s <i>Function <\/i>must set up <b>@timeZoneOffset<\/b> parameter as needed).<\/p>\n<p><u><b>Elipse SCADA <\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<p>At the beginning of DST, stored data will be advanced in one hour (from 23:59:59 to 01:00:01).
