Quando tento conectar ao EPM Server utilizando o EPM Addin ou EPM Studio, \u00e9 apresentada a seguinte mensagem de erro “The HostName used to connect to a Server does not match a HostName in the Certificate.”<\/i> Por que isto acontece?<\/p>\n

Solu\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/b><\/p>\n

Normalmente, este problema ocorre quando o nome de algum PC (do EPM Server ou de algum cliente) \u00e9 alterado, tornando inv\u00e1lidos os certificados digitais criados.<\/p>\n

Por exemplo: ao instalar o Elipse Plant Manager, s\u00e3o criados certificados com o nome da m\u00e1quina. Caso algum nome seja alterado posteriormente (como o Server, por exemplo) e o EPM Addin tente conectar utilizando o novo nome, o EPM Server responder\u00e1 com o certificado antigo, o que faz com que seja invalidado pelo Addin. O mesmo ocorrer\u00e1 se o nome do PC cliente (EPM Addin) for trocado: ele tentar\u00e1 conectar ao Server utilizando um certificado com nome diferente (antigo), o que invalida a conex\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Para corrigir esta situa\u00e7\u00e3o, os certificados precisam ser deletados para que o EPM possa cri\u00e1-los mais uma vez com os novos nomes. Para isso, siga estes procedimentos:<\/p>\n

1. Abra o menu Iniciar<\/b>, e execute o Microsoft Management Console (digite MMC <\/span>e tecle Enter<\/b>).<\/p>\n

2. Acesse o menu File — Add\/Remove Snap-in<\/b>.<\/p>\n

3. Selecione Certificates <\/b>e clique Add<\/b>.<\/div>\n

4. Clique a op\u00e7\u00e3o My user account<\/b>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

5. Selecione a op\u00e7\u00e3o Finish — OK<\/b>.<\/p>\n

6. Abra a pasta Certificates – Current User — UA Applications<\/b>.<\/p>\n

7. Clique em Certificates<\/b>; os certificados ser\u00e3o listados:<\/p>\n

8. Para exibir os detalhes de um certificado, clique duas vezes sobre ele.<\/p>\n

9. Abra a aba Details<\/b>, e verifique os seguintes valores:
\n– Data de validade
\n– Nome da m\u00e1quina em Subject -> DC<\/b>
\n– DNS Name<\/b> em Subject Alternative Name<\/b><\/div>\n

Os certificados podem ser exclu\u00eddos porque s\u00e3o criados sob demanda. Para isto, basta tentar conectar novamente com o EPM. Para apagar o certificado do Server, siga os mesmos procedimentos, com exce\u00e7\u00e3o do passo Add\/Remove Snap-In<\/b>, onde deve ser escolhida a op\u00e7\u00e3o Computer Account <\/b>em vez de User Account<\/b> (executando o MMC <\/span>na m\u00e1quina do EPM Server). Neste caso, o certificado ser\u00e1 recriado quando o EPM Server for reiniciado.<\/p>\n
