Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Este artigo mostra como comunicar com o microcontrolador PIC16F877A utlizando a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mecatronica.org.br\/disciplinas\/cuscopic\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">placa CuscoPIC<\/a>. Para isto, utilizaremos o driver ASCII para comunicar via Serial\/Serial (RS232\/RS232).<\/p>\n<p>Primeiramente, deve-se programar o microcontrolador utilizando a porta paralela, e ent\u00e3o passar o bootloader para que a placa habilite a porta RS232. (O site da CuscoPIC apresenta os passos para a grava\u00e7\u00e3o do bootloader).<\/p>\n<p>Em seguida, na programa\u00e7\u00e3o do controlador, pode-se utilizar o programador MPLab, software pr\u00f3prio da <a href=\"http:\/\/www.microchip.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Microchip<\/a>, fabricante do PIC16F877A.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline;\">2. Configura\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s<br \/>\ncompilar e gravar o programa na CuscoPIC, deve-se configurar o<br \/>\nsupervis\u00f3rio, seja ele o Elipse SCADA ou o Elipse E3. No exemplo abaixo,<br \/>\na configura\u00e7\u00e3o foi desenvolvida no Elipse SCADA, mas tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 v\u00e1lida<br \/>\npara o Elipse E3.<\/p>\n<p>1. Adicione o driver ASCII no projeto.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/kb.elipse.com.br\/pt-br\/images\/ID4563\/Fig1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"403\" height=\"342\" align=\"Baseline\" border=\"0\" \/><\/div>\n<p>2.\u00a0 Configure os extras do driver com os comandos <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">TX <\/span>e <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">RX <\/span>(escrita e leitura) da serial.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/kb.elipse.com.br\/pt-br\/images\/ID4563\/Fig2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"347\" height=\"341\" align=\"Baseline\" border=\"0\" \/><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Obs.<\/span>:<br \/>\n\u00c9 poss\u00edvel configurar o tipo de informa\u00e7\u00e3o a ser lida pelo driver como o<br \/>\nexemplo do comando \u201cC\u201d descrito na programa\u00e7\u00e3o no microcontrolador, no<br \/>\ncaso <span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Courier New;\">C%4u\/h00<\/span> (sendo <span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Courier New;\">%<\/span> \u2013 s\u00edmbolo identificador de campo vari\u00e1vel; <span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Courier New;\">4<\/span> \u2013 n\u00famero de caracteres; <span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Courier New;\">u<\/span> \u2013 decimal sem sinal; e <span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Courier New;\">\/00<\/span><br \/>\n\u2013 caractere especial em formato hexadecimal de dois d\u00edgitos). Todas as<br \/>\npossibilidades para esta configura\u00e7\u00e3o encontram-se no manual do driver,<br \/>\nno cap\u00edtulo <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Configura\u00e7\u00e3o dos Comandos ASCII<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>3. Configure o meio f\u00edsico de conex\u00e3o (<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Physical Layer<\/span>) como serial e preencha os dados conforme as informa\u00e7\u00f5es dados pelo desenvolvedor da placa.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/kb.elipse.com.br\/pt-br\/images\/ID4563\/Fig3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"295\" align=\"Baseline\" border=\"0\" \/><\/div>\n<p>4.\u00a0 Insira e configure os tags conforme o ID configurado nos extras do driver e o par\u00e2metro desejado, seja ele de leitura e\/ou escrita. Considera\u00e7\u00f5es Finais<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 poss\u00edvel comunicar com um equipamento microcontrolado utilizando o driver ASCII, desde que ele tenha suporte a escrita e leitura de mensagens\u00a0 com o supervis\u00f3rio pela porta RS232.
