Question:<\/b><\/h3>\n

Even with the hardkey<\/a> connected to my computer (and with the LED on, in case of a USB hardkey), it goes undetected by Elipse<\/strong> E3<\/b>, and therefore it runs on demo mode. How can I fix this?<\/p>\n

Solution:<\/b><\/h3>\n

When E3Server initializes, the systems also starts attempting to detect the hardkey. Since the E3 Server<\/b> is automatically executed when Windows starts, you can’t detect the hardkey if it is not connected at that time, unless the E3 Server<\/b> restarts. To do so, connect the hardkey to the computer, and follow these steps:<\/p>\n

Restarting Elipse E3’s services<\/u><\/h4>\n
\n
    \n
  1. Right-click the E3 Admin<\/b> icon (next to the Windows clock) and select the Restart E3 Server<\/b> option.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

      \n
    1. \n
    2. Click again the E3 Admin<\/b> icon and select the Licenses<\/b> option.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \"\"<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. \n
        In the license window which opens, check if the license was detected or if it is still on Demo mode.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         <\/p>\n

        \"\"<\/p>\n

        If after following the previous steps the license is still not detected, you will need to remove old drivers and update the driver.<\/p>\n

        Removing old drivers and reinstalling the updated driver<\/u><\/h4>\n
          \n
        1. \n
          Right-click the E3 Admin<\/strong> icon (next to the Windows clock) and select the Stop E3 Server<\/strong> option.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
        2. \n
          Answer Yes<\/b> to the next two questions.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
        3. \n
        4. Execute Drivers\\ForceRemove.bat<\/strong>. This file will run the haspdinst with all the command line parameters for complete uninstallation of the drivers.<\/li>\n
        5. Execute Drivers\\Install.bat<\/strong>. This .bat file will run the haspdinst<\/strong> with all the command line parameters for complete installation of the drivers.<\/li>\n
        6. Restart the computer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          If you prefer to do this manually, follow the procedures below instead.<\/p>\n

            \n
          1. \n
          2. Unzip the file on a folder, and then deactivate all anti-viruses.<\/li>\n
          3. \n
            Execute the application Haspdinst.exe<\/b> using a command line (menu Start<\/b> – Run<\/b>) with the option -FR -KP -PURGE<\/b>. For example, \"C:\\Program Files\\Elipse Software\\Elipse E3\\HASP\\haspdinst.exe\" -FR -KP -PURGE<\/i>
            \n<\/code><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            4. Execute the application Haspdinst.exe<\/b> with the option -i<\/b>. For example, \"C:\\Program Files\\Elipse Software\\Elipse E3\\HASP\\haspdinst.exe\" -i<\/code><\/p>\n

            5. When executing steps 3 and 4, the following message boxes should be displayed:<\/p>\n
