How can I fix this?<\/p>\n<h3 align=\"justify\"><b>Solution:<\/b><\/h3>\n<p align=\"justify\">When E3Server initializes, the systems also starts attempting to detect the hardkey. Since the <b>E3 Server<\/b> is automatically executed when Windows starts, you can&#8217;t detect the hardkey if it is not connected at that time, unless the <b>E3 Server<\/b> restarts. To do so, connect the hardkey to the computer, and follow these steps:<\/p>\n<h4 align=\"justify\"><u>Restarting Elipse E3&#8217;s services<\/u><\/h4>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<ol>\n<li>Right-click the <b>E3 Admin<\/b> icon (next to the Windows clock) and select the <b>Restart E3 Server<\/b> option.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/kb.elipse.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/2526\/RestarE3ServerEN.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15812\" src=\"https:\/\/kb.elipse.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/2526\/RestarE3ServerEN.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"162\" height=\"266\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<p>Answer <b>Restart <\/b>to the next question, and <b>Yes <\/b>to the question after that.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kb.elipse.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/2526\/RestarE3ServerEN2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15813\" src=\"https:\/\/kb.elipse.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/2526\/RestarE3ServerEN2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"415\" height=\"183\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kb.elipse.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/2526\/RestarE3ServerEN2.png 415w, https:\/\/kb.elipse.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/2526\/RestarE3ServerEN2-300x132.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 415px) 100vw, 415px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click again the <b>E3 Admin<\/b> icon and select the <b>Licenses<\/b> option.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/kb.elipse.com.br\/pt-br\/images\/ID4164\/Figura3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"147\" height=\"196\" align=\"bottom\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">In the license window which opens, check if the license was detected or if it is still on Demo mode.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/kb.elipse.com.br\/pt-br\/images\/ID4164\/Figura4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"416\" height=\"484\" align=\"bottom\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">If after following the previous steps the license is still not detected, you will need to remove old drivers and update the driver.<\/p>\n<h4 align=\"justify\"><u>Removing old drivers and reinstalling the updated driver<\/u><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">Right-click the <strong>E3 Admin<\/strong> icon (next to the Windows clock) and select the <strong>Stop E3 Server<\/strong> option.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">Answer <b>Yes<\/b> to the next two questions.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">Download <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elipse.com.br\/en\/downloads\/?cat=19&#038;key=&#038;language=enus#:~:text=6.0.73-,Download,-HighPerformance%20Template%0ASet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HKCustomer<\/a>. Unzip the file and open <strong>Drivers<\/strong> folder.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Execute<strong> Drivers\\ForceRemove.bat<\/strong>. This file will run the haspdinst with all the command line parameters for complete uninstallation of the drivers.<\/li>\n<li>Execute <strong>Drivers\\Install.bat<\/strong>. This .bat file will run the <strong>haspdinst<\/strong> with all the command line parameters for complete installation of the drivers.<\/li>\n<li>Restart the computer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If you prefer to do this manually, follow the procedures below instead.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">Download the latest version of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elipse.com.br\/en\/downloads\/?key=HKCustomer&#038;language=enus\"><strong data-start=\"70\" data-end=\"84\">HKCustomer<\/strong><\/a>, which contains the hardkey recognition driver (HASP Runtime Environment installer \u2014 <em data-start=\"170\" data-end=\"181\">Haspdinst<\/em>) located in the <strong data-start=\"198\" data-end=\"209\">Drivers<\/strong> folder.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Unzip the file on a folder, and then deactivate all anti-viruses.<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">Execute the application <b>Haspdinst.exe<\/b> using a command line (menu <b>Start<\/b> &#8211; <b>Run<\/b>) with the option <b>-FR -KP -PURGE<\/b>. For example, <code><i>\"C:\\Program Files\\Elipse Software\\Elipse E3\\HASP\\haspdinst.exe\" -FR -KP -PURGE<\/i><br \/>\n<\/code><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/kb.elipse.com.br\/pt-br\/images\/ID4164\/Figura5_A.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"346\" height=\"184\" align=\"bottom\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>4.
