However, when another type pf user logs in, the options on the analysis window remain disabled. How can I fix the problem?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Solution:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>To do so, you must configure Windows XP to allow <b>all users<\/b> to access the folder where the Historics are being stored.
