{"id":2032,"date":"2019-03-25T17:37:44","date_gmt":"2019-03-25T20:37:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/xexeu.elipse.com.br\/pt\/kb26559-issues-when-importing-alarms\/"},"modified":"2019-03-25T17:37:44","modified_gmt":"2019-03-25T20:37:44","slug":"kb26559-issues-when-importing-alarms","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kb.elipse.com.br\/en\/kb26559-issues-when-importing-alarms\/","title":{"rendered":"KB-26559: Issues when importing alarms."},"content":{"rendered":"<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-weight:bold;\">Question:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Why can&#8217;t I import alarms from a .CSV file that were previously exported by <b>E3<\/b>?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:bold;\">Solution:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>When doing so, you must first take some precautions: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When exporting alarms, you must avoid using diacritics on alarms&#8217; names and sources, because this forces the use of brackets, which can cause conflicts when importing the alarms.&nbsp; <\/li>\n<li>Exporting alarms separated by areas can cause problems, because the area&#8217;s name is set simultaneously with the alarm&#8217;s name. So, it is better to export alarms in separated files, one for each area.
