You can keep this feature from happening via a OnKeyPressCtrlF4 key script.
To do so, go to Organizer, select Application, and then open Scripts tab. Click New…, the select OnKeyPress event, and finally click Key Combo button. Choose Ctrl and F4. Click OK.
The script created for this event can be left blank. This way, it will intercept the default behavior for screen closing.
